What?? Nobody fired Overgard yet??

In this episode, the Kittens are cleaning the Lair on Thundera in preparation to pass the ecology inspector's (EI) muster. Snarf claims to have never heard of him, but the Kittens explain he has the job of inspecting the entire universe for clean land, air and water. But apparently, their turn is coming. This inspector finds his target using Space Way Airborn Navigation, or SWAN.

The song the ship emits to find its targets is heard by the Thundercats - the ship is close, but it must go by the Mountains of the Moon which is where Domedown was last seen. Meanwhile, the inspector is hoping the Thundercats will help him catch a intergalactic poacher. Sure enough, Two Time is there in his ship, Domedown, and wishes to thwart the inspector so he doesn't find out what Two Time is up to. So he creates an electrical storm and just like in Mossland Monster, instead of going around it which would take hours, the SWAN crew decides to go through it. The storm cripples the SWAN song and the crew is in a real bind. To make things worse, Domedown projects a hologram of a break in the storm and the SWAN falls for it. By the time the hologram disappears, the SWAN is about to crash into the mountains of the moon.

Meanwhile, the Thundercats notice the SWAN song is off the air and worry. They soon take off in the Feliner to investigate. Two Time is pleased to see the Thundercats on their way and hopes to trap them the same way he did the EI. His plan, it seems, is to get them all out of the way so he can do the ultimate "land grab". He's into real estate, you see.
The Thundercats are drawn into the same trap, but manage to barely escape kissing the mountain though their landing gear gets damaged. Soon as they clear the peak, they see the crashed SWAN and its crew outside of it. Before the Thundercats land to help, they also notice Domedown.

Once landed, they assess the damage to the Feliner and meet the SWAN crew. When the SWAN team notices Domedown, the inspector explains Two Time is the one he came to apprehend, for what does he poach? Real estate - he takes land, forests, lakes, deserts - and resells them to folks who've ruined their own with pollution. Do you feel an environmental sermon coming on? I do.

As Domedown flies by, Two Time dumps a bunch of oil on the crowd below. The people escape a good coating by standing under the Feliner but the ship isn't so lucky. Satisfied, Two Time heads out to steal some land - literally. The SWAN pilot suggests they might be able to fix the Feliner using salvaged parts from the SWAN.

Back at the Lair, Snarf is worried about the others when he can't raise them on the radio. Snarfer seems unconcerned until the whole Lair starts to shake. It seems the Lair is the real estate Two Time seeks, and he's lifting it right off its foundation.

The Thundercats do manage to fix the Feliner and get airborn. But when they get back to the Lair they find it's missing much to their shock. They soon track Domedown and all the Thundercats climb aboard the Lair. But soon Two Time has found them and a confrontation ensues.

At first it appears Two Time has the upper hand, but he makes the mistake of picking up the Sword of Omens. Lion-O then commands the Sword and it tosses Two Time right out the window of Dome Down, thus releasing the Thundercats from his hold. They then take the Lair back to where it belongs.

Afterward, they must decide what to do with Domedown. The EI wanted to destroy it, but Lion-O thought it could be put to good use. Its ability to uproot lakes, soil and other things could be used for good, he reasoned, by moving top soil to farmers who need it, or water to parched lands. The EI agrees. Then the kittens fancy that maybe they could move a swimming pond near the Lair, but Panthro nixes that idea saying they're too busy for luxuries. Although, he does jokingly suggest they get a space golf course to help them unwind.
