I'm shocked that the Sword of Omens was 

defeated by Excalibur. I don't know too much about King Auther, but is 

Excalibur really that powerful? Plus it was strange to see both swords 

battling on its own. I might be in denial, but I believe that the Sword of 

Omens was defeated b/c it was without Lion-O. The sword and its owner are 

one. Regardless, Mumm-Ra came close again in defeating the Thundercats, 

but became careless as usual and lost. That's what happens when Mumm-Ra 

becomes so consumed with his own power and ego.

Exacalibur IS supposed to be the most powerful 

sword in the world, which is probably why it pwned the Sword of Omens.

Best episode of the series. As Katara states 

"Sword of Omens was defeated by Excalibur" which was totally unexpected.

Upon the latest watch, I have to say 

that this episode is really freaking good. I just love the whole King 

Arthur idea, they really pulled it off well

I remember this episode as one of the best 

I've seen back in my childhood. Most of the episodes were quite 

forgettable, but this one stuck in my mind for many years.  edit

blades were evenly matched, just the eye stabbing was a lucky hit. Imagine 

dual-wielding both of them!
