Appearance: See drawing. She favors the cheetah clan in her appearance. She often adds a feminine touch to her look by wearing scarves her mother has collected over the years. It seems she and Jonca have a habit of raiding their respective mothers' closets.

Weapons/Skills/Powers: During Era Two, Velouria is just starting to develop her gifts. Given her parents' mental abilities, this is where Velouria's stengths will lie. Also, she was deafened by an illness in infancy (Science of Silence) and must communicate via signs or lip reading. At first, her father tried to correct the hearing issues but could never find the right balance of size and sound replication in any device he could initially devise. Eventually, Velouria did not wish to be "fixed" and preferred to exist as she was, although the condition could leave her feeling isolated from the others at times.
Velouria discovers she has some mind powers, which are better concentrated than her father's since she can close her eyes and block out most sensory input - puts her very much in her own head. Some telekinetic abilities also manifest from this, and she must learn to control all this; she is not always able to hold the illusions or move things on command or for the duration she'd like to. Also, she's a bit of an empath, perhaps picking up a little of the sixth sense abilities from her mother's side.

Background: Velouria came into the world quite dramatically (Deliver Us From the Elements), and was the first Thunderian born on Third Earth.
